Skull McMurphy (SMC)/RMOVE (the removalist) BCF

Skull McMurphy (Smc/Troy Edwards) first gripped at the age of 10 by the ever growing explosion of illegal graffiti covering Sydney's rail system. SMc was engulfed by its dynamic colours and shear bravado shown by artists expressing themselves against the mediocre system, with aerosol paint none the less. This started an obsession that would shape the years ahead. SMc took to painting anything that would stand still long enough to allow itself a fresh coat of paint. Steadily shaping his way through many styles and surfaces. This lasted for near on 10 years. After several run-ins with the law, SMc saw that it was time to step away from illegal application and focus on a medium that was less incriminating. This led to an apprenticeship in Print Media and Design. After finishing such a brain numbing stint in the industry, was lured into the expressive medium of Tattoo, in which he still finds grown and expression.
